This is a free event aimed to explain the new Humanitarian Protection rules for Ukrainian citizens and their family members. A new Appendix Ukraine was added to the Immigration Rules on 30 March 2022. The event will take you through this new legislation.
You will benefit from this event if you would like to sponsor a Ukrainian person fleeing from the war zone or sponsor a Ukrainian citizen who is already in the UK.
We will explain eligibility criteria and the application process under the following schemes:
- Ukraine Family Scheme
- Ukraine Extension Scheme
- Homes for Ukraine Sponsorship Scheme
There will be a 15-minute Q&A session at the end of the presentation.
