Director, Immigration lawyer
Helena is the founder and managing director of Kadmos Consultants. She has been specialising in immigration for the last 12 years. Her specialist areas of interest include the impact of Human Rights legislation on the rights of migrants in the UK and free movement rights of EU nationals and their family members. Helena is actively involved in all aspects of business immigration and helps entrepreneurs to set up and successfully run their businesses in Britain.
Helena represents clients in the more complex immigration cases which often involve requests for the exercise of discretion. She has helped several generations of clients from initial applications for entry clearance to a successful application for British citizenship. Helena successfully handles both non-contentious and contentious work and represents clients in appeals and Judicial Review proceedings. She is a member of the Middle Temple called to the bar in 2005. Helena is registered as Level 3 (OISC top level) immigration advisor with a licence for Judicial Review case management. Her academic qualifications include LLM in EU Law (UCL) and BA in Classics from Birkbeck College and UCL.
Senior Immigration Caseworker
Tim is a highly experienced immigration consultant who takes the lead in helping individuals and businesses with immigration issues. He holds level 2 OISC registration which allows him to undertake the more complex cases, applications made after initial refusals and not falling squarely within the rules.
Tim manages immigration casework at Kadmos and runs the sponsor management system for a number of business enterprises sponsoring migrant workers. He has a formidable track record of success in complex family immigration applications, applications for EU residence documents and applications for settlement, including applications made outside the immigration rules.
Tim regularly advises businesses on sponsor licence issues and runs mock audits and immigration compliance trainings for employers.
Tim is a bilingual English and Russian speaker. He holds a BA in economics and his commitment to supporting businesses with immigration concerns stems from his interest in history, politics and social sciences.
His patience and incredible attention to detail make him a real treasure, for clients and colleagues alike.
Chinwe joined Kadmos in February 2017. An expert in legal technology, she soon became a vital member of Kadmos team. Chinwe manages the office database, the clients’ files and caseworkers’ diaries.
Before moving to the UK, Chinwe qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and worked in Consular law in Lagos, Nigeria. Chinwe is currently in the process of training to become a registered immigration consultant to develop and continue her passion for supporting people through the complex immigration process. Her aim is to specialize in family immigration.

Client Relations Manager
Sandra joined Kadmos in December 2019 as the company’s first Client Relations Manager. Her aim is to lead the growth initiatives and promote the company’s sustainable growth while maintaining our standard level of excellence. Sandra strives to develop innovative initiatives to make our services available as widely as possible.
Sandra is an Arabic and English speaker. She holds a BA with distinction in public administration from the American University of Beirut and an MPhil in management from the University of Cambridge.
Kera joined Kadmos Consultants as an intern in 2018 and has remained with the company as a paralegal on completion of her internship. Kera is passionate about helping people settle in the UK and become part of its vibrant multicultural life.
Kera studied law at University receiving both her BA and LLM. After completing University, Kera aspired to specialise in immigration as she increasingly found the urge to support people who need assistance with immigration cases. Kera works alongside caseworkers helping prepare appeal bundles, completing the forms and ensuring our clients never have to wait for us. She is proud to be part of the team at Kadmos ensuring each client of the firm receives the best possible customer care.
